Dumplings with Angie Chong

Welcome to the first in our series of Fully Booked Skills Workshops, introducing the lovely nimble fingered Angie Chong of The Humble Dumpling to teach us how to make dumplings like a boss!
Angie has a family rich in dumpling tradition with her grandfather William Wing Young a pioneer in dim sim cooking and her mother the legendary Elizabeth Chong. Add to that 20 years teaching Asian cookery and we have a dumpling master.
In this hands-on workshop Angie will show us how to make doughs, fillings and sauces and then we share a dumpling dinner together. Accompanied by Hochkirch wines, a biodynamic winery in Tarrington, south west Victoria.
