In collaboration with Sub-Zero Wolf we are creating a unique and intimate dining series to get up close and personal with your favourite chefs, we are calling it SUPPER CLUB.
First on the pans is Josephine Pignolet Young Chef of the Year 2018 Kylie Millar before she packs up her knives and heads over to work at Blue Hill Stone Barns in upstate New York.
Kylie started her cooking career on series 4 of MasterChef, going on to work at Burch & Purchese Sweet Studio, Pei Modern, Mugaritz and Attica.
For Supper Club we have asked Kylie to cook the food she likes to eat at home using techniques and craft she has learnt in her time working in some of the world's best kitchens.
You will be able to chat with Kylie at the kitchen pass before sitting at her dining table all within the stunning showroom of Sub-Zero Wolf. Indulge in a six-course menu with matched wines by winemaker Callie Jemmeson of Wine Unplugged.
Seats are limited for this one-off dinner with Kylie. All welcome to attend.
