Since the beginning of her career at Leeuwin Estate winery in Margaret River 14 years ago, Lisa has worked in Perth’s top restaurants and cafes including Voyager Estate, Must Wine Bar and Jackson’s. A couple of years ago Lisa decided to put her talents into her own business Sieve & Stone creating stunning minimalist two-tier cake designs which has her booked out 3 months ahead. 2019 is an exciting year ahead with big plans to expand the business.
