1/2 onion, chopped
20 - 30 curry leaves, chopped
6 tablespoons olive oil
10 - 12 small okra, sliced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 - 3 teaspoons crushed chillies
Salt to taste
Fry onion and curry leaves with three tablespoons of olive oil until slightly brown.
Add okra, paprika, turmeric, the remaining three tablespoons olive oil and crushed chillies.
Cook for approx 10 -15 minutes on low heat until the okra is cooked. Add salt to taste.
